FRANKIE JONAS

 Franklin Nathaniel “Frankie” Jonas (born September 28, 2000) is an American actor, singer-songwriter, audio engineer, and television host. He's widely recognized as the youngest Jonas brother—but over the years, Frankie has steadily built his own multi-faceted career, stepping out from the family spotlight. 

Early Life & Roots

Frankie was born in Ridgewood (some sources list Wyckoff), New Jersey, to Denise Miller-Jonas and Paul Kevin Jonas Sr.—a former pastor and music teacher. He’s the youngest of four brothers: Kevin (1987), Joe (1989), and Nick (1992) Jonas. 

At age 5, his family moved to Los Angeles, following his brothers’ rising music careers. In 2015, the Jonases relocated to Westlake, Texas, where Frankie attended Carroll Senior High School during his teenage years. 

Acting Debut & Disney Channel Stardom

• 2008 (age 7–8): Voiced Sōsuke in the English dub of Hayao Miyazaki’s animated film Ponyo, performing the theme song with Noah Cyrus. 

• 2009–2010: Portrayed Frankie Lucas in Disney Channel’s sitcom Jonas L.A., earning him the Choice Breakout TV Star – Male award at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards. 

• 2010: Appeared in Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam as Trevor Kendall and featured in the Jonas Brothers’ documentary-style series Living the Dream. He also appeared in E!’s Married to Jonas. 

From Studio Engineering to Music Creator

• 2019: Graduated from Blackbird Academy in Nashville, earning a certificate in audio engineering. He then moved to Los Angeles to work behind the scenes in music production. 

• 2020: Began studying at Columbia University, exploring astrophysics and creative writing. 

• 2023: Launched his music career with the debut EP Sewer Rat, featuring singles like “Cocaine” and “Hoboken”; performed live at Stagecoach Festival and produced tracks for artists such as Alli Haber.

• 2022–present: Co-hosts ABC’s celebrity reality competition Claim to Fame with brother Kevin—season 3 aired July 2024.
